Adrian Hicks is the only candidate in the St Johns and All Saints ward with any first hand experience of local politics. He is standing as an independent.

 

Adrian is well known in Winchester having worked for over 40 years in A&E at the Royal County Hospital. He was on the council from 2007 to 2011.
